Nu de introductieweek er weer aankomt, is de IntroducCie hard op zoek naar leden die de nieuwe eerstejaars willen gaan begeleiden tijdens de VU Introductiedagen. Gezien de huidige situatie omtrent het Coronavirus zullen de introductiedagen online zijn (24 t/m 26 aug)! Lijkt dit je nou wel wat? Lees dan vooral even verder!
Als intro-ouder begeleid je een groep van nieuwe studenten tijdens de VU Introductiedagen. Aangezien dit online plaats zal vinden, zullen de intro-ouders contact houden met hun nieuwe studenten via een WhatsApp groep en in zoommeetings. Er zullen ook dit jaar natuurlijk weer leuke dingen georganiseerd worden om de studenten elkaar beter te doen leren kennen. Hierbij zijn jullie - de intro-ouders - dan ook van groot belang!
Natuurlijk brengt het zijn van een intro-ouder ook een aantal verantwoordelijkheden met zich mee. Zo dien je er voor te zorgen dat iedereen uit je groepje het zo veel mogelijk naar zijn zin heeft en is het fijn om het gesprek op gang te kunnen brengen mocht dit stroef verlopen. Zoals eerder vermeld zullen de Introductiedagen dit jaar dus maandag 24 tot en met woensdag 26 augustus zijn. Hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar mentoren die MNW-studenten willen begeleiden tijdens alle 3 de dagen.

As an introduction parent you will help and accompany a group of new students. You will stay in touch with your students via WhatsApp or via zoommeetings. Of course, we have planned many nice events and online games to help the students to get to know each other better! The introduction parents will be a great help for these events.To be an introduction parent is not only fun, but also a responsible job. You have to make sure everyone is enjoying their Introductiondays, and you may be able to help get conversations going when this is not happening. We are looking for students who are available all of the 3 days, from Monday the 24th till Wednesday the 26th of August.
